The Evolution of HCT, Part 5: Shared Care

Course Description

Community hematology/oncology practices play a critical role to expand patient access to hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) and improve patient outcomes.

This self-guided online training course series consists of five courses designed to present the current state of the science for Hematopoietic Cell Transplantation (HCT) by following the evolution of HCT over time. The series is broken down into major misperceptions or myths about HCT and cellular therapy that are not supported by current research and clinical practice.

This is Part 5 in a 5-part series, exploring how shared and coordinated care between transplant centers and hematology/oncology practices can help overcome barriers to HCT and improve patient outcomes and experience.
