This is a 66-year-old female with word-finding difficulty and headache. The T2-FLAIR image on the left side demonstrates cortical-subcortical hyperintense signal with regional mass effect with cervical effacement, and the SWI image on the right side shows innumerable cortical and subcortical microhemorrhages.

This is a 78-year-old female on anti-amyloid immunotherapy who has experienced memory loss. On the left is the baseline MRI with an SWI and a T2-FLAIR, and next there is a post-dosing MRI.

This is a 69-year-old female with uncontrolled hypertension and new onset of seizures. These FLAIR and SWI images show some abnormal findings with hyperintense areas in the frontal lobe and in the parietal lobes.

This is a 68-year-old female with history of dementia and atrial fibrillation, presenting with left-sided weakness. The FLAIR image, SWI, diffusion image, trace image with ADC, and a post-contrast T1 show an abnormality.
