CLL/SLL Initiative Objectives
This activity is designed to narrow the practice gaps and address the educational needs of hematology/oncology physicians. The goal of this initiative is to evaluate treatment decision-making among hematology/oncology physicians managing patients with R/R CLL/SLL.
Participants will be asked to complete the following deliverables:
- Complete three 10-minute case-based assessments
- Complete five light chart audits of patients with RR CLL/SLL
- Attend the 90-minute SOHO Intensive Workshop on September 5, 2025
- Participate in quarterly virtual interactive, case-based discussions to tackle your real world clinical dilemmas with Drs. Weirda, Thompson, and Coombs
- Submit a poster on CLL/SLL for SOHO 2026, which will enroll you to receive a second fully paid trip to SOHO in 2026
At the end of this educational initiative, learners will:
- Improve adherence to guideline recommendations for novel targeted therapies
- Optimize sequencing strategies across lines of therapy
- Enhance awareness of AE management to support clinical decision-making
- Strengthen clinician-patient shared decision-making approaches for personalized treatment planning
SOHO Intensive Workshop Details
- September 5, 2025 @ 6AM CT
- Earn up to 1.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits
- 90-minute Intensive Workshop at SOHO 2025
- If selected, you will receive a fully paid trip to SOHO 2025 (with potential for a sponored trip to SOHO 2026)
