Initially diagnosed with stage I indolent CLL with watch and wait approach

Complex karyotype
54-years-old when initially received ibrutinib + rituximab for CLL but was intolerant due to arthralgias and discontinued after 6 months despite dose reduction, and progressed shortly after fixed duration venetoclax + anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody

Relapsed 6 months after first-line therapy with BR for his CLL then received acalabrutinib but relapsed 2 years later
